Real nice view from the 14th floor. Whole Copenhagen, even the seashore of Sweden was visible. Staff was very friendly, all other facilities were great, Internet speed was great.
1) At the reception, during usual check-in, check-out time they should put more staff. A single hard-working and ever smiling lady was not enough and this resulted in a real long queue at the front-desk. 2) Charging credit card separately for connecting to Net from lobby was not good. I had to connect to that machine to take some prints, and I think they could avoid putting such costs to their customers. 3) Lack of flat-screen TV and bathing tub gives an impression of normal hotel, while the pricing and positioning is of a luxury hotel. Not consistent and also gives feeling that complete value for money was given.
very nice view from the room at the 14th floor...
staff should be more friendly, they were kind though...
Extremely convenient for the city centre, the airport, the University and the zoo. The proximity to the Metro was a big plus -- only a 5 minute walk.
It is a pity that breakfast is so expensive. Why not provide the options of a Full and a Buffet breakfast with two charging levels? Fortunately there are several good pastry shops very close.
Breakfast is OK
The rooms are really bad for the rate. The rooms are ok for a budget hotel not for a 4* international chain like Radisson. Toilets needing refurb and maintenance. bad smeel coming fron the plumbing. Horrible.
Hotel was close to metro station and close to where my friend lives whom I visited.
Receptionist was helpful and kind but we had to pay for printing an A4- sheet. That a little cheap for an 4-star hotel.
For the price and the quality of the room, breakfast must be inclusive
Some of the reception staff were excellent and very helpful when I requested a room change to the shady side of the hotel. The breakfast was good but very expensive; the bowl of rotten strawberries was a turn off though. The location was good.
It was stifling and the aircon was a joke. A trickle of cold air next to the window was totally ineefective. The room was very small and poorly designed. The decor was tired and there were marks on the walls and furniture. No porters or offer of anyone to help with the luggage. I needed to download and print some bookings in the foyer but this is not free, despite the Radisson's reputation for providing free internet. I can't see how this is 4 star hotel.
not much - very trivial and not good value for the money
very small rooms and not modern and crammed facilites, outdated TV set,
Location good if you are happy to use Metro (2 stops in to city centre). Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room good size
The price is expensive and I have stayed in other Radisson Blu's for cheaper and had a better room. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room and for the price I would expect that.
Hotel is conveniently located near metro station. Upper floors of the hotel have fantastic view on the city. Staff is friendly and ready to help. Room is small, but quite conformable.
WiFi connection was unstable with low signal, and we had to reconnect frequently. Sometimes there were no signal.
Staff very kind
I booked a non refaundable fee, but at the hotel said that it was a mistake of booking. Then they confirmed the rate of Booking
I did like the friendliness and competence of the staff. Locaion was also good since there was easy and quick access to the city centre, shopping centre and pubs nearby.
To be honest, the hotel is decorated (except for the lobby) in the 80s or at least it seems so. The facilities in the room (hairdryer, tv etc) were low performance and should not be kept in 4 star hotel. Almost 250 euros per night (at the current rate) is not value for money.
Nice hotel with good facilities and convenient location. Metro is in 2 minutes by foot and it took only 5 minutes to get to the historical center (by metro). We hag great view from the 8th floor.
The desk and breakfast staff were all very friendly, helpful and competent. The room was clean and pleasant, and nicely made up when I returned from the conference each day. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The courtesy coffee from 0500 to 0700 in the morning was a Godsend. The hotel was well situated with nice shops, bakeries, and cafes nearby. It was a pleasant 20min walk to the Zoo and even shorter to picturesque parks, where I also ran in the mornings and evenings. The hotel was also within walking distance (though a bit long at about 40 min) of my conference site at the University of Copenhagen. The metro station about a block away made it easy to get to the airport, but I saw cabs waiting curbside too.
I have nothing negative to say about it.
Great location near subway. University provides young, vibrant feel.
Check in staff was not helpful with questions on parking.
